HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned Orthopedic Upper Extremity & Mobility Advancement Nurse Practitioner to join one of our client partners in Philadelphia. This full-time opportunity focuses on evaluation, diagnosis, and management of upper extremity and musculoskeletal conditions in collaboration with orthopedic surgeons and multidisciplinary teams.

The position offers a weekday schedule with no routine nights, weekends, or on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Pennsylvania NP license in good standing or ability to obtain before employment.
• National NP certification.
• Orthopedic, musculoskeletal, sports medicine, or surgical practice experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning, and patient management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience using EMR systems.
• Ability to work onsite in Philadelphia, PA and authorized to work in the United States.
• No sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive orthopedic evaluations for upper extremity and musculoskeletal patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with surgeons and care teams.
• Order, interpret, and communicate imaging and laboratory results.
• Perform office-based orthopedic procedures within NP scope.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, rehab, and prevention.
• Assist with pre- and post-operative patient management and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and coordinate care referrals.
• Participate in quality improvement to enhance patient outcomes.
• Foster patient satisfaction through compassionate, evidence-based care.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and staff to ensure optimal outcomes.
