Job summary

HireNow Staffing is seeking a Functional Movement & Recovery Care Therapist in East Goshen Township, PA. This full-time PT role emphasizes restoring movement and function, with collaborative outpatient orthopedic care and patient-centered outcomes.

Responsibilities include evaluations, designing rehab plans, delivering manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team. Applicants must hold a PA PT license or be eligible and reside within commuting distance

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania PT license or eligibility.
• DPT or equivalent degree.
• Strong orthopedic rehab assessment and treatment skills.
• Excellent clinical reasoning and evidence-based decision making.
• Outstanding communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to manage patient caseloads independently while collaborating with a healthcare team.
• Must reside within commuting distance of East Goshen Township, PA or relocate.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and functional movement evaluations.
• Design individualized rehabilitation programs to improve strength, balance, flexibility, mobility and performance.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re‑education, and functional training.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans based on measurable outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, recovery strategies and home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and rehab professionals to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality initiatives.
