Johnson & Johnson in Orthopaedics is seeking a New Product Development Engineer II to support arthroscopic visualization. The role is based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Raynham, MA and involves electro-mechanical systems and component development.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and collaborate with suppliers to drive end-to-end product development in a regulated medical device environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of Good Documentation and Manufacturing Practices.
• Proficiency in CAD software, especially Creo & Windchill.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive project execution with timelines and budgets.
• Lead multi-functional teams and coordinate with partners.
• Provide data analysis and recommendations from testing and development.
• Create engineering specifications and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal and external manufacturers.
• Develop mechanisms and sub-assemblies for machine and tooling systems.
• Role located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Raynham, MA with limited public transport access.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
