Job summary
Johnson & Johnson’s Orthopaedics division seeks a New Product Development Engineer II to drive arthroscopic visualization projects. Based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Raynham, MA, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and deliver electro-mechanical solutions for Arthroscopes, cameras, tubing, and powered instruments.

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other technical field is required.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of Good Documentation and Manufacturing Practices.
- Proficiency in CAD software, particularly Creo and Windchill.
Responsibilities
- Support and implement technical projects advancing product development and value creation.
- Own and drive project execution with timelines and budgets.
- Lead multi-functional teams and coordinate with partners and suppliers.
- Provide data analysis and directional recommendations from testing and development.
- Create engineering specifications and required documentation.
- Collaborate with internal and external manufacturers; develop mechanisms and sub-assemblies.
