ATEC Spine, Inc. is seeking a Product Marketing professional to identify and execute product strategies, marketing plans, and promotional programs for assigned product lines.

The role partners cross-functionally to manage development, market launch, surveillance, sales training, and forecasting to meet company goals. You will design and execute marketing initiatives, manage day-to-day activities, and support line extensions, labeling updates, and clinical evaluations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (required).
• 1–4 years of related experience; orthopedic device industry preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support design, development, and execution of product marketing initiatives for assigned product lines.
• Manage day-to-day product marketing activities including idea generation, profiling, development plan execution, and launch readiness.
• Support product line extensions, labeling updates, clinical evaluations, and other initiatives to sustain and grow product value and revenue.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements through surgeon feedback, market analysis, and field engagement.
• Develop sales collateral, training materials, and procedural content for field execution and customer education.
• Assist in sales forecasting and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to optimize product mix throughout lifecycle.
• Monitor competitive landscape and market trends through literature, field travel, surgeries, and conferences.
• Contribute to product presentations and marketing materials including brochures, websites, and training tools.
• Participate in cross-functional product development teams with R&D, Regulatory, Operations, and Marketing.
• Collaborate with domestic and international sales teams to support launches and key initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with surgeon consultants and clinical partners under senior leadership guidance.
• Support product visibility at scientific conferences and meetings.
• Interface with product managers across portfolios to understand interdependencies.
• Partner with Marketing Communications to support campaigns and value-added services.
• Maintain regular contact with field sales teams, surgeons, and internal stakeholders to ensure strong product support and positioning.
• Participate in strategic sales and marketing planning to identify targets, surgeons, and accounts.
