Job summary

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient histories and update EHR accurately
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
• Prepare examination rooms and sterilize instruments
• Collect and process laboratory specimens and basic tests
• Provide patient education and instructions
• Schedule appointments and triage phone calls
• Manage patient correspondence and ensure timely communication
