Medical Assistant for Orthopedic Medical Group

  • Provide patient education and instructions as directed by healthcare providers
  • Schedule appointments and triage phone calls
  • Manage patient correspondence and ensure timely communication
Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a certified Medical Assistant program preferred
  • Proven experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in an orthopedic or specialty setting
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and electronic health record systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) is a plus
