The role involves preparing exam rooms, supporting patient education, and documenting in EMR with attention to patient privacy.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and a Medical Assistant certificate, with healthcare exposure and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certificate preferred.
• Knowledge of EMR and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with patient care, including casting/bracing and related duties.
• Prepare examination rooms and instruments; maintain clinic flow and patient privacy.
• Review schedules, document patient information in EMR, and manage no-shows/cancellations.
• Assist with patient education, injections, and diagnostic orders as directed by physicians.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure timely clinic operations and proper records handling.
