Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program is a plus.
• Maintains CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient examination and treatment processes as needed.
• Coordinate referrals and appointments with care teams.
• Perform clerical duties and manage patient flow to optimize clinic operations.
• Prepare and handle prescriptions and patient education as directed.
• Maintain infection control, room setup, and equipment readiness.
• Support physician liaison activities and patient communication.
• Process documentation, tests, and insurance-related information.
