Responsibilities

• Escorts patients to exam rooms and informs team of delays.
• Prepares patients for examinations and assists physicians during visits.
• Coordinates referrals for therapy, home health, procedures, and DME.
• Maintains infection control; cleans and restocks rooms between visits.
• Schedules appointments, prepares patient charts, and educates patients as needed.
