Job summary

NTO Physician Partners PLLC is seeking a Medical Assistant to support physicians in an orthopedic setting in Grapevine, TX. The MA will prepare patients, assist with procedures (casting, bracing, wound care), and maintain EMR documentation to ensure a smooth care flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Assistant certification or completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR/EMR) systems.
• Current CPR certification (CPR, BLS).
• Two years orthopedic experience preferred.
• Three years medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examinations and assist with orthopedic procedures as directed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and coordinate appointments.
• Assist with casting, bracing, wound care, and related procedures.
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and ready for patient visits; monitor inventory.
