Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• MA certificate preferred; relevant healthcare experience beneficial.
• At least 1 year experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with patient care, including casting, bracing, injections.
• Prepare exam rooms, instruments and assist with procedures as directed.
• Document patient information in EMR and manage chart notes.
• Facilitate scheduling, prior authorizations and patient communications.
• Maintain clinic flow, patient privacy and safety during visits.
• Assist with phlebotomy if certified and coordinate with team.
• Travel to other locations as needed and support office managers.
