Job summary

NJ license and BLS/CPR certification are required; a BSN is strongly preferred or must be obtained within 3 years. Six months of nursing experience or participation in our Nurse Residency Program is required, with orthopedic experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification
• BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years
• Must have six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience OR must be an active participant with Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program
• Orthopedic experience preferred
• The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, a strong sense of accountability for improving the lives of our patients and their caregivers, an exceptional focus on teamwork, and the ability and passion to deliver the highest quality of care based on a strong sense of patient focus are all required.
