Responsibilities

• Performs patient check out procedures, schedules follow up and/or referral visits and collects deductibles and copays.
• Enters payments into computer system, insures appropriate coding for accurate encounter forms.
• Provides clerical support and maintains systematic initiation and follow up of scheduled events.
• Supervision of maintenance of clinic premises as well as coordination with environmental services.
• Maintains the day-to-day operation of clinic office.
