Currently we are looking to fill the vital role of Receptionist.

Performs patient check out procedures, schedules follow up and/or referral visits and collects deductibles and copays. Enters payments into computer system, insures appropriate coding for accurate encounter forms. Provides clerical support and maintains systematic initiation and follow up of scheduled events. Supervision of maintenance of clinic premises as well ascoordination with environmental services. Maintains the day-to-day operation of clinic office.

Required

Position requires an outgoing, friendly personality and ability to provide high quality customer service standards. Knowledge and background in third party payor, billing, paying and processing requirements.

Preferred

At least one year of physician office, hospital or billing departments experience preferred.
