Orthopedic Institute of Pennsylvania is seeking a part-time Orthopedic Clinical Assistant to support physicians and clinicians in delivering exceptional patient care. You will welcome patients, assist with exams and imaging, document vitals, and help maintain a smooth patient flow in a collaborative orthopedic setting.

Requirements

This is a part-time position working approximately 20–25 hours per week; day shift.

What You'll Do

As a member of our clinical team, you will:

  • Welcome patients and provide an outstanding patient experience
  • Escort patients from the waiting area to exam rooms and imaging
  • Obtain and document vital signs
  • Prepare patients for provider examinations
  • Accurately enter patient information into the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Assist physicians and clinical staff with patient flow
  • Stock exam rooms and clinical supplies
  • Clean and prepare equipment between patient visits
  • Support clinic operations through opening and closing duties
  • Perform other responsibilities that contribute to excellent patient care

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
  • Medical Assistant, CNA, EMT, Phlebotomy, Athletic Training, or similar healthcare experience
  • Students or graduates pursuing healthcare careers
  • CPR certification
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
