Job summary

The Orthopedic Institute of Pennsylvania is seeking an Orthopedic Clinical Assistant to support physicians and clinical staff, delivering compassionate care and helping patients recover mobility. You will play a key role in documenting vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and maintaining a smooth clinic flow.

Responsibilities

• Stock exam rooms and clinical supplies.
• Clean and prepare equipment between patient visits.

Requirements

**This position will work 12pm-8pm and is eligible for an additional $10/hr shift differential for all hours worked after 5pm.

What You'll Do

As a member of our clinical team, you will:

• Welcome patients and provide an outstanding patient experience
• Escort patients from the waiting area to exam rooms and imaging
• Obtain and document vital signs
• Prepare patients for provider examinations
• Accurately enter patient information into the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Assist physicians and clinical staff with patient flow
• Stock exam rooms and clinical supplies
• Clean and prepare equipment between patient visits
• Support clinic operations through opening and closing duties
• Perform other responsibilities that contribute to excellent patient care

What You'll Learn

• Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
• Medical Assistant, CNA, EMT, Phlebotomy, Athletic Training, or similar healthcare experience
• Students or graduates pursuing healthcare careers
• CPR certification
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
