You will play a key role in documenting vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and maintaining a smooth clinic flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide an outstanding patient experience.
• Escort patients from waiting area to exam rooms and imaging.
• Obtain and document vital signs.
• Prepare patients for provider examinations.
• Enter patient information into the EMR accurately.
• Assist physicians and clinical staff with patient flow.
• Stock exam rooms and clinical supplies.
• Clean and prepare equipment between patient visits.
• Support clinic operations through opening and closing duties.
• Perform other responsibilities that contribute to excellent patient care.
