Job summary

Orthopedic Institute of Pennsylvania is seeking an Orthopedic Clinical Assistant to join our clinical team and support patient care. You will welcome patients, assist with exams, document vitals, and help maintain smooth clinic flow while ensuring high-quality patient experiences.

Ideal candidates bring a HS diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced orthopedic setting. Training and growth opportunities are available within OIP.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and provide an outstanding patient experience
  • Escort patients from the waiting area to exam rooms and imaging
  • Obtain and document vital signs
  • Prepare patients for provider examinations
  • Accurately enter patient information into the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Assist physicians and clinical staff with patient flow
  • Stock exam rooms and clinical supplies
  • Clean and prepare equipment between patient visits
  • Support clinic operations through opening and closing duties
  • Perform other responsibilities that contribute to excellent patient care

What You'll Do

As a member of our clinical team, you will:

  • Welcome patients and provide an outstanding patient experience
