The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, budgeting experience, and a focus on compliance and patient access. A bachelor’s degree and supervisory background in healthcare are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree and supervisory experience in a physician practice preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities are required.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and policy compliance is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and overall performance of the practice for efficiency.
• Hires, trains, supervises, and evaluates staff with guidance and feedback.
• Implements action plans to improve staff turnover, patient access, and finances.
• Manages budgeting and financial analysis, informs future budgets.
• Monitors patient flow and provider time usage, ensures coverage.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA, AHCA, and other regulations.
• Addresses issues raised by physicians, employees, and patients.
• Develops market growth strategies and visits offices to discuss performance.
• Analyzes monthly financial statements and trends for budget variances.
• Collaborates with medical directors to align operations and teams.
