Qualifications

• Two years of health care experience, including one year in a lead or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversees 4-15 physicians and 15-40 team members.
• Develops and oversees service-line standards and compliance.
• Manages annual operational and capital clinic budgets; analyzes variances.
• Maintains revenue cycle and other systems to maximize revenue.
• Enhances efficiency and quality of practice operations, including Patient-First Initiative.
• Ensures appropriate access, flow and scheduling of patients; collaborates with leadership.

Education

Bachelor degree in healthcare, business or related field
