Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred for leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day ambulatory operations for the orthopaedic service line.
• Develop and implement business/operational strategies to meet goals.
• Coordinate standard work across multiple clinic locations and sites.
