Job summary

Hanger, Inc. is seeking an Orthopedic Casting Technician to support clinicians and nursing staff in Bay Area Clinic (Clear Lake) and Pearland TX. You will apply and remove casts and splints, assist with wound care, dressings, and post-op care, and help manage supplies and room readiness.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, relevant certification(s) preferred, and a valid driver's license. Join a team focused on patient-centered care and efficient clinic operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet policy.

Responsibilities

• Assists with orthopedic casting procedures including application and removal of casts and splints.
• Assists with routine examination and treatment procedures including wound care and dressings.
• Documents treatments in patient records and supports post-op casting and bracing.
• Assists clinicians with medications and supplies during minor procedures.
• Maintains supplies, meds, and instruments; places orders timely.
• Keeps exam rooms and casting areas stocked and clean.
