South Carolina Sports Medicine & Orthopaedic Center needs a full-time DME Coordinator/cast technician in North Charleston, SC. The role focuses on proper fitting and application of braces, splints, and casts with attention to patient comfort and recovery.

The position also coordinates with insurance for prior authorizations and ensures compliant delivery of care. A dynamic medical environment with excellent compensation is offered.

Competenze

• Certification as Athletic Trainer preferred.
• EMR systems experience (1 year preferred).
• Vital signs experience (1 year preferred).

Mansioni

• Assist fitting and applying braces, splints, and casts.
• Coordinate with insurance for prior authorizations before dispensing equipment.
• Dispense DME equipment in orthopaedic setting and ensure patient comfort.
• Provide patient care and education to support recovery.
• Work in an in-person clinic in North Charleston, SC.
