Job summary

Temple Faculty Practice in Philadelphia seeks an Orthopedic Extender Navigator to support patient access and care. You will triage clinical questions, liaise among patients, providers, and staff, and guide patients through their plan of care while assisting with scheduling and chart preparation.

Requires Bachelor's in Athletic Training, 5 years orthopedic experience, and BLS. Master’s degree is preferred; position is full-time with 40 hours weekly, night shift in a busy outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training is required.
• Master's degree in Athletic Training is preferred.
• Certified Athletic Trainer and BLS are required.

Responsibilities

• Triage clinical questions and liaison between patients, providers and staff.
• Assist in scheduling procedures, prepare charts, and support patient experience.
• Contribute to regulatory readiness and inventory/stocking; respond to patient calls.
