Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with medical office software and clerical tasks.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Proficient use of medical practice software to maintain patient data accuracy.
• Assist with care coordination and department process improvements.
• Coordinate patient care needs to support the plan of care.
• Verify appointments, insurances, and in-office authorizations; mail letters and transmit surgical instructions.
• Triage patient calls and support physicians, PAs, and care teams.
