• Must satisfy third-party credentialing/screening requirements to gain access to hospital accounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and education on orthopedic soft goods and bracing.
• Provide routine customer service to patients and physicians.
• Perform inventory management and participate in required audits.
• Verify patient benefits using automation tools and pre-authorization.
• Serve as liaison between the customer, Enovis, and Sales Team.
