Job summary

Children's Orthopaedic and Scoliosis Surgery Associates, LLP seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator to manage orthopaedic studies from planning through completion. You will coordinate study activities with physicians and staff, recruit participants, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in a health-related field or allied health program.
• At least two years of research experience; orthopaedic research preferred.
• Experience preparing and submitting IRB materials.
• Knowledge of research methods, protocol development, and human subjects protections.
• Ability to perform statistical analyses and prepare research reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit IRB applications and renewals.
• Screen patients for eligibility and obtain informed consent.
• Collect, manage, and analyze research data; prepare tables and reports.
• Assist with study protocols, budgets, grants, and audits.
• Contribute to abstracts, manuscripts, and conference presentations.
• Communicate findings to investigators and present at conferences.
• Coordinate with physicians and sites to ensure protocol adherence.
• Attend meetings, protect patient confidentiality, and support other duties.
