ProSmile is seeking an Orthodontic Coordinator in our Operations team to guide patients from initial consult through treatment initiation. The role emphasizes presentation of plans, financial coordination, and scheduling to maximize case acceptance and ensure a superior patient experience.

Responsibilities include educating patients, coordinating payments, verifying benefits, and supporting multiple practice locations. Strong orthodontic knowledge and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Strong working knowledge of orthodontic treatments and procedures.
• Solid understanding of dental insurance, billing, and claims processing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Present orthodontic treatment plans clearly and professionally to patients and families.
• Educate patients on procedures, timelines, and follow-up care.
• Discuss and arrange financial options, including payment plans and third-party financing.
• Verify insurance benefits, collect documentation, and submit claims.
• Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and recalls to maximize case acceptance.
