Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to guide patients through treatment plans, insurance processes, and financial options. You will serve as the bridge between clinical care and administrative operations, ensuring a warm, efficient patient experience across locations.

Responsibilities include presenting treatment plans, handling financial discussions, scheduling, and coordinating with insurance providers to optimize approvals and payments.

Qualifications

• Front desk dental experience required.
• Comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with dental treatment plans and insurance requirements preferred.
• Experience with dental/medical practice management software a plus.
• Excellent phone skills and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check patients in and out before and after treatment.
• Explain treatment plans and help patients understand financial options.
• Lead financial consultations for new patients and scheduled plans.
• Manage payment options and policies with the practice.
• Educate patients on their dental benefits and how they apply to treatment.
• Handle insurance billing, posting, and claim estimations.
• Track accounts receivable and follow up on claims to keep payments on time.
• Connect patients with outside financing options when needed.
