Job summary

You will partner with orthodontists and the clinical team to explain treatment plans, timelines, insurance benefits, costs, financing, and payment options, while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

The role requires at least 1 year of orthodontic experience and 1+ years in front-office roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of orthodontic experience.
• 1+ years of dental front office experience.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and costs to patients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfort discussing fees and financing options.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming orthodontic consultation experience for patients and families.
• Explain treatment options, timelines, insurance benefits, and costs.
• Present fees and financing options and guide patients toward acceptance.
• Schedule start appointments and coordinate treatment steps.
• Maintain accurate treatment plan information in the practice system.
