Rog-Orthodontics in Wyomissing, PA is seeking a Treatment Coordinator, a dynamic sales professional who serves as the first contact for prospective patients. You will build relationships, qualify needs, explain treatment options, and guide families through the orthodontic journey with a consultative, service-driven approach.

This role emphasizes achieving high treatment acceptance, meeting sales goals, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of relative sales experience.
• Dental knowledge preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain high treatment acceptance rate by educating patients on the orthodontic process, costs, insurance, and financing options.
• Convert consultations into treatment starts and meet sales goals.
• Solicit referrals from patients post-treatment and track satisfaction.
• Contact patients/guarantors the day before or day of appointments regarding fees and to confirm visits.
• Notify office management if schedules for consults are not filled.
• Ensure patients are cleared for treatment, including all cleanings and restorations.
• Promote and uphold the values of Rog-Orthodontics in all interactions.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and communicate with potential customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
