We are looking for an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our Santa Clarita practice. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of pediatric/orthodontic dental office management experience, with thorough knowledge of dental billing, insurance PPO/HMO plans, and Denti-Cal. Job Duties:

• Develop treatment plans.
• Manage financing options such as Care Credit and Lending Club.
• Handle electronic billing and insurance claims.
• Meet monthly production and collection goals.
• Knowledge of Dentrix Ascend is a plus.
• Experience with Dentical, PPO, and HMO billing is preferred.

• Pay range: $23-$26, negotiable DOE
