Senior Sales & Business Development Manager – Beauty & Lifestyle (Los Angeles, CA)

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Remote, with travel as needed)

Salary: $70K Base + Uncapped Commission (3% on all new business closed)

Curated Sourcing is a global leader in custom beauty, lifestyle, and wellness product development. We partner with brands and retailers to create bespoke product collections, handling everything from sourcing to production. With an established presence in the UK, we’re expanding into the USA and looking for a dynamic Senior Sales & Business Development Manager based in Los Angeles to drive new business, secure high-value partnerships, and build a high-performing sales team.

About the Role

This is a high-impact role for a proven sales leader with strong industry connections in beauty, lifestyle, and wellness. You will be responsible for winning new business, expanding our network of retailers and brands, and eventually hiring and leading a team of sales professionals.

This role is perfect for someone who is well-connected in beauty, fashion, wellness, or packaging sales, understands the industry landscape, and is motivated to drive growth in a rapidly expanding company.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop new business opportunities with brands, beauty companies, and retailers.
  2. Build relationships with key buyers, category managers, and procurement teams.
  3. Pitch and sell curated product collections to increase order value and repeat business.
  4. Own the sales process—from lead generation to closing deals and account expansion.
  5. Manage a pipeline focused on securing $5M in new business in Year 1.
  6. Attend trade shows and industry events to drive brand visibility and client engagement.
  7. Recruit and manage a US-based sales team, earning a percentage of all new business they generate.
Who You Are
  1. 5+ years of B2B sales & business development experience in beauty, lifestyle, fashion, packaging, or custom merchandise.
  2. A well-connected industry professional—you already know key buyers and decision-makers in retail & beauty.
  3. Proven track record of closing $50K-$500K+ B2B deals and managing high-value sales pipelines.
  4. A hunter mindset—you thrive on building relationships, generating leads, and closing high-value deals.
  5. Strategic & entrepreneurial—you’re comfortable building a new sales division and owning revenue growth.
  6. Confident & results-driven—you excel at networking, pitching, and negotiating in fast-paced environments.
