As a Treatment Coordinator at our online telehealth weight loss clinic, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting patients through their weight loss program. You will be responsible for conducting virtual consultations, developing personalized treatment plans, and coordinating all aspects of their care to ensure a successful and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Virtual Consultations: Conduct initial consultations with patients via telehealth platforms to assess their weight loss goals, medical history, and lifestyle factors.
2. Treatment Planning: Collaborate with our team of healthcare providers to develop customized weight loss plans tailored to each patient's needs, preferences, and medical conditions.
3. Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate virtual appointments and follow-up visits, ensuring that patients receive timely and comprehensive care.
4. Educational Support: Provide patients with education and resources on nutrition, exercise, behavior modification, and other lifestyle factors essential for successful weight loss.

Required Experience & Skills:

3. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, particularly related to weight loss and treatment options.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex medical information clearly and compassionately.
5. Proficiency in using technology for patient consultations, including video calls and electronic health record systems.
6. Strong computer skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately.
7. Professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive patient information and maintain confidentiality.
8. Experience in weight loss management or related fields, preferred.
9. Previous experience in a patient-facing role, conducting consultations or similar responsibilities.
