Job summary

Premier Dental Center in New Braunfels, TX is seeking an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our family practice full-time. You will coordinate orthodontic treatment for our ortho team several days per week while supporting the general team as a Patient Coordinator on other days.

You’ll work in a supportive team with friendly dentists, enjoy a competitive hourly rate, monthly bonus opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as an orthodontic treatment coordinator
• Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections
• Confident presenting treatment plans to patients
• Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!)

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming and positive patient experience, in person and over the phone
• Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients
• Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records
• Present treatment plans and schedule follow-up appointments
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts
• Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service

Schedule: Full-Time

• Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm
• Fridays Optional 8am-5pm
• Saturdays (2-3/month) 8am-2pm

Compensation:$22-$24/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance
