Taylor Orthodontics in Roswell, NM is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our team. You’ll be the welcoming first point of contact for new patients and families, guiding them through consultations and treatment with clarity and care.

You will present treatment plans, fees, and payment options, educate families on options, coordinate contracts and appointments, and help maintain an efficient provider schedule while delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Prior dental treatment coordinating experience is highly preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

• Guide patients through the orthodontic consultation process to ensure a positive experience from the first visit.
• Present recommended treatment plans, timelines, fees, and payment options clearly.

• Collaborate with the orthodontist and clinical team to ensure understanding of recommendations.
• Support treatment acceptance by addressing questions and concerns and following up as needed.
• Discuss insurance benefits, financing options, and payment plans with patients and families.
• Coordinate contracts, consent forms, and documentation to begin treatment.
• Schedule treatment starts and follow-up appointments to maintain an efficient schedule.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communication notes.
• Build strong relationships with patients and families and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with front office and clinical teams for smooth handoffs.
• Support goals by maintaining follow-up, organization, and a strong new-patient pipeline.

Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator Duties

• Serve as a welcoming point of contact for new patients and families throughout the consultation and treatment process
• Guide patients through the orthodontic consultation process and help create a positive, comfortable experience from the first visit
• Present recommended treatment plans, timelines, fees, and payment options in a clear and patient-friendly manner
• Educate patients and families on orthodontic treatment options and answer questions regarding the treatment process
• Partner with the orthodontist and clinical team to ensure patients fully understand their recommended treatment
• Help patients move forward with treatment by addressing questions or concerns and supporting treatment acceptance
• Discuss insurance benefits, financial arrangements, financing options, and payment plans with patients and families
• Coordinate contracts, consent forms, and other documentation needed to begin treatment
• Schedule treatment starts and follow-up appointments while helping maintain an efficient provider schedule
• Follow up with patients who have not yet scheduled or committed to treatment
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, treatment information, and communication notes
• Build strong relationships with patients and families while providing exceptional customer service throughout their orthodontic journey
• Collaborate with the front office and clinical teams to ensure smooth handoffs and a seamless patient experience
• Support practice goals by maintaining strong follow-up, organization, and attention to the new-patient pipeline
