Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Introduces and welcomes patients to the office Reviews treatment plans with the doctor and the patient Answers all patient questions and concerns Prepares contracts, Insurance benefits, and payment plans Sends, drafts, and reviews consent forms and financial documents Follows up with patient by phone, text or email Maintains the recall and pending patient system Participates in answering phones, emails and scheduling appointments Attends all staff meetings, trainings Records and Finance Sends a copy of the patient record for consultation with other specialists or general practitioners when requested Securely stores and handles patient records in compliance with legal requirements Arrange payment plans with patients Qualifications: Strong communication and organizational skills. Sales experience is highly preferred. Prior dental or orthodontic experience is a plus. A patient-focused, professional demeanor.
