What you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience coordinating services with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Residency in Kern County with the ability to work in the Coachella area for approximately four months during the winter harvest season (housing or allowance provided). No PTO allowed during this period; excessive unexcused absences may result in reassignment or transfer.
  • Willingness to work extended hours and varying shifts based on irrigation needs.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening, physical, and functional capacity evaluation.

Benefits

Total Rewards: $25.00 - $28.00 / HOURLY

  • Compensation will be determined based on education, experience, skills, and internal/external market factors.
