Job Responsibilities

1. Educate, consult, and present patient treatment plans.
2. Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
3. Verify insurance for all clinical appointments.
4. Enter information into dental software in patient accounts.
5. Review entire patient account for completeness and accuracy.
6. Collect payments for services rendered.
7. Develop and maintain doctor/hygiene schedules.
8. Support marketing and promotional activities to increase patient growth.
9. Greet and check patients in and out before and after treatment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of front office experience, preferably in a dental setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of dental software is strongly preferred.
