PDS Health is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinicians and deliver the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE). The role includes patient preparation, radiographs, sterilization, and instrument setup to enable efficient, high‑quality care across assorted offices.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED with a Dental Assisting certificate; a valid driver’s license is required for traveling to multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma or GED and state requirements/certifications for licensure or registration.
• Specialty Dental Assistants must have valid driver’s license and automobile insurance and travel between offices as needed.
• Travel between multiple offices may be planned or unplanned; reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinicians during dental procedures and prepare patients for examinations.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory cleanliness per state guidelines.
• Take radiographs and intra-oral pictures as directed by clinicians.
• Prepare tray setups and manage supply levels in each operatory.
• Maintain patient records and assist with patient documentation and informed consents.
• Engage in PPE processes to ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Participate in team huddles and adhere to company policies.
