Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinicians and deliver the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE), building a Patient for Life (PFL). You will prepare patients, assist dentists, sterilize equipment, and maintain a clean operatory while collaborating with the team to ensure smooth schedules across offices.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a patient-centered approach. Travel may be needed between offices and a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

Equivalent to high school diploma or GED with mandated state training.
Certification for dental/medical assisting preferred where required.
Ability to learn and comply with infection control guidelines.

Responsibilities

Support clinicians to deliver the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE).
Prepare patients for treatment and assist the dentist during procedures.
Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory cleanliness.
Record charts and communicate with front/back office teams.
Assist with radiographs and intra-oral imaging as directed.
