Job summary

Leone and Vaughn Orthodontics in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to welcome patients and manage orthodontic appointments with warmth and efficiency.

In this full-time role, you’ll balance patient flow, confirm reminders, reschedule no-shows, and collaborate with the clinical team to optimize doctor time. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, a $1,000 sign-on/relocation bonus, and opportunities for growth in a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Two years of administration experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience in orthodontic or general dental clinics is an asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with orthodontic management software is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new patients with warmth and enthusiasm, setting the tone for their orthodontic journey.
• Schedule appointments for new and returning patients using the templates.
• Confirm that appointment reminders are sent, follow up on unconfirmed appointments, and reschedule no-shows.
• Ensure that the schedule accounts for appropriate doctor time, filling openings as necessary, and discuss major changes with the clinical team.
• Generate correspondence for referring dentists and maintain detailed patient records.
