Job summary

Leone and Vaughn Orthodontics in Bellevue, WA is seeking an enthusiastic Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing practice. You will support the orthodontist, prepare patients, and help maintain a clean, efficient operatory while delivering exceptional patient experiences.

The role is full-time, Tuesday through Friday, with a competitive hourly wage of $23.00 – $33.00 and a $1,000 Sign-On/Relocation Bonus. We offer health, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k) matching, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Preference for Orthodontic Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in dental settings.
• Proficiency with orthodontic/dental management software systems preferred but not required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills to build relationships with patients and families.
• Keen attention to detail and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional first impressions by welcoming and seating patients and building rapport with patients, families, and coworkers.
• Assist the orthodontist with consultations and all stages of orthodontic procedures, and maintain clean operatories.
• Take X-rays, photos, impressions, and intraoral scans as needed.
• Educate patients and provide reports to parents/guardians.
• Help with practice growth by maintaining accurate patient records and coordinating with the team.
