Job summary

Paventy & Brown Orthodontics is seeking an Assistant Practice Manager/Treatment Coordinator to lead front-office operations and enhance the patient experience from the first call to treatment completion.

You will coordinate consultations, present treatment and financial options, manage scheduling, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA while supporting a growing multi-location practice.

Qualifications

• Two (2)+ years of experience in orthodontic or dental practice operations with leadership/management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dental/orthodontic terminology, treatment processes, and front office operations.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with patients, providers, and team members.
• Professionalism, integrity, accountability, and ability to lead through change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver an exceptional patient experience from first contact through treatment completion.
• Educate patients and families on treatment options and financial arrangements; guide to starting treatment.
• Partner with doctors to drive practice growth by meeting production, collections, and scheduling goals.
• Oversee daily operations, optimize patient flow, staff payroll hours, and office efficiency.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive culture.
• Build operational systems and implement policies to support growth of a new office.
• Cultivate relationships with patients, providers, and community through service and marketing.
