We already have community relationships, referral sources, and an external agency in place. We need an experienced marketing professional to own execution, follow-up, and measurable results across all four offices.
This is not a front-desk role or a basic social-media posting job.
Based in Bridgeport, travel to all four offices · Reports to the Owner
Minimum:2+ years of paid experience in marketing, community outreach, PR, communications, business development, event coordination, partnership development, or healthcare marketing. Customer service or hospitality alone does not qualify.
Skills:Strong writer · comfortable initiating conversations · fluent in social media, spreadsheets, and cloud tools · KPI-driven · comfortable working within HIPAA · valid driver's license and reliable transportation · Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred)
Bonus:Healthcare/dental marketing experience · bilingual English/Spanish · Canva or basic video editing
