True Image Orthodontics is seeking a dedicated Lab Technician to support our clinical team with fabrication, preparation, and maintenance of orthodontic appliances in a full-time, in-person capacity.

The role involves handling retainers, aligners, study models, and digital workflows including scanning and 3D printing, while maintaining a clean, organized lab and adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years experience in orthodontic/dental lab or clinical support preferred.
• Experience with orthodontic appliances, impressions, models preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, trim, polish, and prepare orthodontic appliances per provider instructions.
• Pour, trim, and prepare study models, impressions, and casts.
• Assist with digital scanning workflows, 3D printing processes, and appliance prep.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of lab equipment and workspace.
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of appliances to support clinical schedules.
