Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or currently enrolled.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to interpret work instructions with high attention to detail.
• Good manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination for small parts.
• Capability to use hand tools and small equipment safely.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and manufacture removable and fixed orthodontic appliances per prescription.
• Interpret dental impressions, molds, or digital scans for accurate models.
• Operate dental lathes, CAD/CAM software, 3D printers and laser welders.
• Inspect appliances for quality, functionality, and aesthetics.
• Maintain records of production materials and case progression.
• Follow safety requirements and wear PPE as required.
