360 Orthodontics in Westwood, CA is seeking an orthodontic Lab Technician to produce high‑quality retainers using 3D printing and specialized software. You will manage appliance requests, coordinate with third‑party labs, and prepare patient scans for printing, then cast Essix retainers and ship them.

Ideal candidates have DA/OA/RDA certification, experience with pour‑up or 3D print methods, and familiarity with iTero scanning, Formlabs printers, and uLab software.

Formación

• DA, OA or RDA certification required.
• Experience creating retainer appliances via pour-up or 3D print methods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in orthodontic lab work.

Responsabilidades

• Manage appliance requests from offices and coordinate with 3rd party labs.
• Prepare patient scans for 3D printing using specialized software.
• Produce 3D printed models and Essix retainers; trim and prepare for shipment.
• Maintain lab equipment and ensure high quality standards.
• Support team with training on practice management software.
