Job summary

Ideal Dental, a fast-growing North American dental group, seeks an Orthodontic Dental Assistant to support patients and the clinical team throughout the orthodontic journey. You’ll receive training, tools, and opportunities to grow in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

You’ll assist with procedures, take impressions and x-rays, manage records, and help maintain smooth clinical readiness and patient flow while traveling to assigned offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant License.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of orthodontic experience.
• Willingness to travel within assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a welcoming smile.
• Assist Orthodontist with orthodontic procedures.
• Assist with arch-wires, bands, bonding prep.
• Take impressions and assist with x-rays.
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting.
• Coordinate care and follow-ups with patients.
